For Right-of-Way (Utilities + Pipeline)

Mulching is the
longer-term solution.

High-line transmission. Pipeline gathering through transmission. Side-trim cycles, hazard-tree removal, post-storm corridor restoration. Insurance limits on the page. COI in your inbox within 24 hours.

What we do

What we do
for ROW operators.

Lifecycle maintenance. Not bush hogging.

Bush hogging cuts at the surface and grows back fast: short cycle, repeat mowing. Forestry mulching grinds the stump and root collar into a mulch blanket that holds the soil and stretches the cycle interval. Mulching is the longer-term solution. That math is why ROW work gets framed as lifecycle maintenance here, not a one-and-done mow.

Our insurance: $1M general liability, with options to increase per job requirements. Named-additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements issued on request, COI in your inbox within 24 hours. Bondable. Coastal-permit literate in Louisiana. Marcel exception flagged before your legal team has to ask.

Single-mile cycle runs through multi-mile annual maintenance contracts. We bid both. Pre-positioned for hurricane season every June through November for post-storm ROW restoration. Subcontract under CrowderGulf, DRC, Ceres, Phillips & Jordan primes, or direct under utility, parish, and state contracts.

Questions for this lane

Questions answered.
Before the call.

The questions right-of-way (utilities + pipeline) actually ask.

What insurance limits do you carry?
$1M general liability, with options to increase per job requirements. Named-additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements available on request. Bondable.
How fast can you mobilize for an outage window or drilling window?
Call with the window and we'll give you a straight mobilization date, no maybe. For pre-scheduled cycle maintenance the runway is typically 1–2 weeks. Storm activation is on standby through hurricane season.
Are you experienced with the Louisiana Oilfield Indemnity Act and the Marcel exception?
Yes. We'll flag the Marcel exception before your legal team has to ask, and we'll work indemnity language that complies with the LOIA and the current jurisprudence. Send the MSA and we'll turn the review around without drama.
Do you do post-storm ROW restoration?
Yes. Vegetative debris, hazard-tree removal, ROW restoration after named storms. Pre-positioned for hurricane season every year. We sub under CrowderGulf, DRC, Ceres, Phillips & Jordan, or work direct under utility, parish, and state contracts.
Can you bid a multi-year lifecycle maintenance contract?
Yes. Single-mile cycle runs through multi-mile annual maintenance contracts. We'll bid both: initial clear plus the recurring maintenance interval, with mulching positioned as the longer-term solution versus bush hogging.

Need a COI
within 24 hours?

Send the scope or the MSA. We'll have the COI in your inbox within 24 hours and the equipment on the corridor when you call mob.
