The binder

Verifiable in 24 hours.

Procurement buyers can check our credentialing in under a business day. We carry MSA-ready insurance limits, named-additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements on request, and we know the Louisiana Oilfield Indemnity Act well enough to flag the Marcel exception before your legal team has to.

Procurement contact: j.chambers@j19landservices.com. Typical COI turnaround under four business hours during operator drilling windows. Direct prequalification across ISN, Avetta, Veriforce, and PEC Premier — we are already in the platforms your company uses.

For storm activation: pre-positioned every June through November. We sub under prime debris contractors (CrowderGulf, DRC, Ceres, Phillips & Jordan) and hold direct utility / parish / state contracts. Pre-event MOUs welcome.

Procurement FAQ

Questions procurement teams
ask first.

MSA. COI. LOIA. Marcel. The terms you already know.

How fast is your typical COI turnaround?
Under four business hours during operator drilling windows. Standard COIs (no special endorsements) are usually issued the same morning. NAI / WOS / primary & non-contributory endorsements add a couple of hours for the carrier to re-issue.
Are you familiar with the Louisiana Oilfield Indemnity Act and the Marcel exception?
Yes. We have indemnity language compliant with LOIA and current jurisprudence, and we will flag the Marcel exception before your legal team has to. Texas anti-indemnity considerations also handled on TX-side work.
What is your MSA posture?
MSA-ready. We carry $2M / $5M general liability, $10M umbrella, $1M auto, statutory workers' comp + $1M ELL. Named-additional-insured, waiver-of-subrogation, primary and non-contributory wording, and separation-of-insureds endorsements all on request. Bondable.
Are you in ISN / Avetta / Veriforce / PEC?
All four. ISNetworld A-grade, Avetta active, Veriforce / PEC Premier active. Member numbers and current safety statistics (EMR, TRIR, DART rate) available on the first call. We will not ask you to wait while we register.
How does your insurance read on multi-state work?
Our limits cover all three primary states (LA / TX / MS) and reach into AL / AR / OK as needed. State-specific endorsements (Louisiana additional-insured wording, Texas anti-indemnity carve-outs, etc.) are handled per-state at COI issue.
Are you pre-positioned for hurricane season?
Yes. Equipment, fuel, and crew posture moves to storm-ready on May 1, every year. We sub under CrowderGulf / DRC / Ceres / Phillips & Jordan primes and hold direct utility / parish / state contracts as well. Pre-event MOUs welcome.
Do you publish pricing?
No. Pricing is bid per-job based on acreage, terrain, target finish, access, and operator window. Quote conversations happen live by phone or email. Production rates and HP class are published as procurement signals.
