Services · Seven offerings

One operator.
The full spectrum.

From a hunting-lease shooting lane to a pipeline ROW cycle to a Haynesville pad site. Same iron, same crew, seven services that cover what land work actually needs across the Gulf South.

The seven

One number, one crew, seven services. Most jobs need two of them, and we'll tell you which.

Forestry Mulching

Single-pass clearing. No haul-off.

One pass with our forestry mulcher grinds brush, saplings, and timber (stem, stump, and root collar) into a mulch blanket that suppresses regrowth and holds the soil. Routine pace runs ~2 acres a day or more in light vegetation, ~1 acre a day or more in heavy. No burn pile, no haul-off. Pasture reclamation, fence lines, shooting lanes, food plots, pathways for showings.

Land Clearing & Re-shaping

Take it down. Re-shape the ground.

Heavier than mulching: the vegetation comes out, not just down. Grubbing, root-raking, grading, erosion control on the finished grade. Pre-project clearing for developers, complete clears on overgrown property, line-of-sight for surveyors and engineers. Excavators and dozers working with the mulcher fleet.

Right-of-Way Clearing & Maintenance

High-line, pipeline, utility corridors.

Tracked carriers at ~3 psi ground pressure work soils where dozers sink. High-line and pipeline ROW: gathering lines, transmission corridors, side-trim, hazard trees, access lanes. Mulching holds a corridor longer than bush hogging because it grinds the root collar instead of trimming the stem. Cycle maintenance welcome. COI in your inbox within 24 hours.

House Pads

Build-ready pads. Compacted, drained.

Two markets, one operator. Residential: pads for homes, barns, shops, elevation and drainage planned before dirt moves, fill placed in compacted lifts with proof-rolls. Industrial / Oil & Gas: Haynesville drill pads, LNG-corridor lay-down yards, compressor sites, clear to compacted pad, SWPPP and erosion control.

Ponds & Pond Maintenance

Build, dredge, restore.

New ponds cut with a core trench and a keyed dam, spillways sized for the storm, not the average day. Cleanout and dredging on silted-in farm and stock ponds, restoration on levees the water is winning against. Gumbo clay is good pond material when it's worked right: placed and compacted, not just pushed.

Levee Repair

Reinforce. Restore. Rebuild.

South Louisiana flood-zone work: restoration after high water, reinforcement of weak runs, rebuild of failed sections. Clay from approved borrow, placed in lifts, compacted with sheepsfoot rollers, density-tested where the spec calls for it. Parish drainage districts, USACE-aligned protocols, private ag levees, all in scope.

General Dirt Work

Drainage, grading, fill, demo.

The catch-all companion to every other service. Drainage that actually holds, ditch cutting, grading, fill placement, culvert sets, light demo, post-storm cleanup. 811 locates before anything touches the ground. Often booked alongside a mulching or clearing job: same crew, same week, one invoice.
