How fast can you clear a listing before photos?
For most 5–20 acre tracts we can mobilize within the week and finish in 1–3 days. Pathways and view corridors get prioritized first so the drone photographer can shoot before the rest is done if the timeline is tight.
Will mulching leave the property looking finished or like a job site?
Finished. Forestry mulching leaves a 2–4 inch mulch blanket on the ground — even, brown, ready to walk. There's no burn pile, no debris stack, no haul-off truck. The property reads cared-for, not torn up.
Can you clear ahead of the surveyor for a development tract?
Yes — line-of-sight clearing for surveys is a regular request. We cut transit lanes, create passable interior roadways for the crew, or do a complete property clear depending on the design intent. We can coordinate directly with the survey or engineering firm.
Do you build house pads too?

What's your insurance situation for a residential lot?
$2M per occurrence / $5M aggregate general liability, $10M umbrella, $1M auto, statutory workers' comp. We'll send a COI with the builder or escrow as named additional insured on request — typical turnaround under 4 business hours.
Do you give pricing over the phone?
