For Agencies & Surveyors

Bondable. Pre-positioned.
USACE-aligned.

Parks, Recreation, Forestry departments. Parish drainage districts. Survey and engineering firms. Line-of-sight, transit lanes, passable interior roads, levee work, post-storm activation. We bid both.

What we do

What we do for
agencies and surveyors.

Bid-ready. Permit-literate. Hurricane-prepositioned.

Parks, Recreation, and Forestry departments at parish, state, and federal levels: vegetation management, trail and access maintenance, post-storm debris and ROW restoration, hazard-tree removal, controlled clearing for forest-health objectives. We bid through formal procurement, work under cooperative purchasing, and sub under prime contractors on FEMA-aligned debris contracts.

Parish drainage districts and USACE-aligned levee work: restoration after the high-water cycle, weak-section reinforcement, multi-mile rebuild runs. Compaction to district spec, lift-by-lift, with density testing as required. Engineer of record signs off before we demob.

Survey and engineering firms: clearing line-of-sight for surveys, creating passable roadways within overgrown properties for survey work, complete land clearing for design work. We coordinate directly with the survey crew or the EOR. No middleman, no marked-up sub.

Questions for this lane

Questions answered.
Before the call.

The questions agencies & surveyors actually ask.

Are you bondable?
Yes. Performance and payment bonds available through our established surety relationships. We'll coordinate with your procurement officer on bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond requirements.
Are you FEMA-experienced for post-storm work?
Yes. We sub under the major debris-management primes (CrowderGulf, DRC, Ceres, Phillips & Jordan) and work direct under parish and state post-storm contracts. Pre-positioned for hurricane season every year. ROW restoration, vegetative debris, hazard-tree removal, road clearing all in scope.
Do you do federal levee work to USACE standards?
We follow USACE-aligned protocols on federal levees and coordinate with the engineer of record. Federal levee work typically goes through a prime engineering firm under a USACE contract; we run as the field crew with compaction to district spec, lift-by-lift, density testing as required.
Can you clear a survey corridor or transit lane for an engineering firm?
Yes, direct, no middleman. We'll clear a transit lane, create passable roadways within an overgrown property for crew access, or do a complete land clear depending on the design intent. Coordinated directly with the survey or engineering firm.
Do you work cooperative purchasing or piggyback contracts?
Yes, happy to bid through formal procurement, cooperative purchasing arrangements where your agency participates, or direct contract. Send the solicitation and we'll respond on the required form.
What's your insurance situation for parish or state work?
$1M general liability, with options to increase per job requirements. Named-additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements on request. COI in your inbox within 24 hours.

Need a bid packet
or a COI on file?

Send the solicitation, the MSA, or the procurement contact. We'll respond on your forms and have the COI in your inbox within 24 hours.
