A pad is only as good as what you can't see: the lifts under it and the drainage around it. We set pad elevation and the drainage plan before any dirt moves, call in 811 locates before excavation, then build the pad in compacted lifts and proof-roll between them, so soft spots show up under our equipment instead of your foundation. Culverts and the driveway approach get built into the same scope. Same crew, two markets: a house pad in the country or a drill pad in the Haynesville.
For Houston-area pad work we run both single-pad residential and multi-pad industrial campaigns: same iron, two procurement processes. We lowboy in and stage to the job.

- Walk-Off. Demobilize, restore the staging areas, final walk with you or your rep.
