Right-of-Way Clearing & Maintenance

High-line, pipeline, utility corridors.

▦ Placeholder · ROW Corridor

Right-of-Way work is the procurement-grade lane. High-line transmission corridors, pipeline ROW from gathering lines to transmission, utility easements, side-trim cycles, hazard-tree removal after storms. We carry the prequalification depth utilities and pipeline primes want to see — ISN, Avetta, Veriforce, PEC Premier — and our $10M umbrella is MSA-ready. Mulching is the long-term solution: a single pass cuts the cycle interval dramatically compared to bush hogging.

Two tracks

Right-of-Way Clearing & Maintenance.
Two ways to run it.

Same iron, two markets. One operator to bid both.

High-Line ROW

Transmission. Distribution. Cycle maintenance.

Mulching the corridor under high-voltage lines. Side-trim along the ROW edge. Hazard tree identification and removal. Compatible with utility ground-crew schedules and outage windows. We coordinate with the line crew before lift, and we hold our equipment well clear of conductors.

Pipeline ROW

Gathering. Transmission. Lifecycle.

Gathering lines through bottomland and pine, transmission ROW from compressor to compressor, valve-site brush control, integrity-dig staging. SWPPP active throughout. Coordination with operator HSE, one-call locates, and pipeline integrity crews built into the schedule.

Production rate

Corridor mulching: 2–5+ acres/day. Side-trim cycles: linear-foot basis, varies by vegetation density.

Optimal job size

Single-mile cycle runs through multi-mile annual maintenance contracts. We bid both.

Terrain

Bottomland, pine flatwoods, swamp edges, transmission line corridors. Coastal-permit literate in Louisiana.

Equipment

Big iron.
Production-grade.

The right tool for the job. Always sized up.

Process

Same every time.
Predictable on site.

Site walk. Mobilize. Execute. Walk off.

  1. 01

    Site Walk

Owner or procurement lead walks the property with us, on site or via drone. We scope acreage, terrain, access, sensitivities (wetlands, utility crossings, sensitive trees), and the finish you actually want.

  2. 02

    Mobilization

Equipment lowboys into the site. SWPPP, erosion control, and operator-window logistics handled. COI, named-additional-insured, and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements issued on request.

  3. 03

    Execution

Big iron does the work — 300+ HP mulchers, excavators, dozers as the job calls for. Daily check-ins, drone progress shots on jobs over 5 acres, daily SWPPP inspection on industrial sites.

  4. 04

    Walk-Off

Demobilize, restore stage areas, final walk with the owner or procurement rep. Drone before/after package delivered. Invoice when you sign off — not before.

Bidding questions, terrain questions, insurance questions — asked and answered.

Are you ISN / Avetta / Veriforce / PEC active?
Yes — all four. ISNetworld A-grade, Avetta active, Veriforce / PEC Premier active. Member numbers and certificates of insurance on request. Typical COI turnaround under 4 business hours during operator windows.
Do you carry MSA-ready insurance?

Are you experienced with the Louisiana Oilfield Indemnity Act?
Yes. We'll flag the Marcel exception before your legal team has to, and we'll work indemnity language that complies with the LOIA and current jurisprudence.
Do you do post-storm ROW restoration?
Yes — vegetative debris, hazard-tree removal, ROW restoration after named storms. Pre-positioned for hurricane season. Subcontract under CrowderGulf / DRC / Ceres / Phillips & Jordan primes, or direct under utility / parish / state contracts.
What states do you cover?
South Louisiana is primary (Acadiana, Baton Rouge corridor, Lake Charles, Northshore, New Orleans metro, central LA). East Texas through Tyler / Longview / Lufkin and into the Houston metro reach. South Mississippi below the red line (601/769/228). NW LA, NE LA, north MS, south AL/AR opportunistically for bigger jobs.
How fast can you mobilize?
For procurement-grade operator windows, 24-hour mobilization is routine. For landowner work, typically the same week once the quote is signed. Storm activation: pre-staged for hurricane season every June through November.
Are you insured and prequalified?
$2M / $5M general liability, $10M umbrella, $1M auto, statutory workers' comp + $1M ELL. ISN / Avetta / Veriforce / PEC Premier active. MSA-ready. Typical COI turnaround is under 4 business hours during drilling windows.
Do you publish pricing?
No. Every job is bid based on acreage, terrain, target finish, access, and operator window. Quote conversations happen live — call or email and we'll walk it together.
