House Pads

Build-ready pads. Compacted, drained.

▦ Placeholder · House Pads

Same iron, two markets. Whether the next thing on your pad is a 2,800-square-foot house or a drilling rig, the underlying work is the same: clear the vegetation, strip the topsoil, place and compact the fill, design and cut the drainage, walk it before construction starts. We bid both sides and turn either around with the same crew.

Two tracks

House Pads.
Two ways to run it.

Same iron, two markets. One operator to bid both.

Residential Pads

Homes, barns, shops, outbuildings.

Clear the building footprint and approach. Strip the topsoil and stockpile (you keep it for landscaping). Place clean fill, compact to spec, cut drainage so the pad sheds water. Walk it with the builder before the foundation crew arrives. Equestrian barns, shop buildings, garages, hunting camps — all in scope.

Industrial / Oil & Gas Pad Sites

Drill pads, lay-down yards, compressor sites.

Turnkey from clear to compacted pad. Vegetation removal, topsoil strip and stockpile, access road, SWPPP and erosion control, BMP installation per the operator's spec. 24/7 mobilization during drilling windows. Haynesville multi-well pads, LNG corridor lay-down yards, compressor station sites, integrity-dig staging. ISN / Avetta / Veriforce / PEC Premier active. MSA-ready. Coastal-permit literate.

Production rate

Residential single-family pad: typically 1–3 days clear-to-compacted. Industrial multi-well drill pad: 4–10 days depending on size and topography.

Optimal job size

Single-pad residential through multi-pad industrial campaigns. We've done one-pad jobs and 12-pad campaign runs.

Terrain

Louisiana coastal plain, Haynesville bottomland, East Texas pine ridges, Gulf Coast wetland-adjacent. Permit coordination as required.

Site walk. Mobilize. Execute. Walk off.

  1. 01

    Site Walk

Owner or procurement lead walks the property with us, on site or via drone. We scope acreage, terrain, access, sensitivities (wetlands, utility crossings, sensitive trees), and the finish you actually want.

  2. 02

    Mobilization

Equipment lowboys into the site. SWPPP, erosion control, and operator-window logistics handled. COI, named-additional-insured, and waiver-of-subrogation endorsements issued on request.

  3. 03

    Execution

Big iron does the work — 300+ HP mulchers, excavators, dozers as the job calls for. Daily check-ins, drone progress shots on jobs over 5 acres, daily SWPPP inspection on industrial sites.

  4. 04

    Walk-Off

Demobilize, restore stage areas, final walk with the owner or procurement rep. Drone before/after package delivered. Invoice when you sign off — not before.

Questions

House Pads.
Answered before the call.

Bidding questions, terrain questions, insurance questions — asked and answered.

Do you do both residential and oilfield pads?
Yes — same crew, same iron, two different procurement processes. Residential typically books through the builder or owner directly. Industrial pads typically come through an operator MSA, an ISN / Avetta / Veriforce vendor request, or a prime contractor subcontract.
What's included in a turnkey industrial pad?
Clear, topsoil strip & stockpile, fill placement, compaction to spec, access road, SWPPP plan + active monitoring, BMP installation (silt fence, rock check dams, sediment basin as required), final survey checkpoint. Excludes the pad surface gravel unless added explicitly.
Can you handle a coastal pad with permit constraints?
Yes. Louisiana coastal-permit literate. We'll coordinate with the operator's environmental consultant and the CUP / wetland authorities as required. We've worked LNG corridor pads in Cameron and Calcasieu parishes.
What states do you cover?
South Louisiana is primary (Acadiana, Baton Rouge corridor, Lake Charles, Northshore, New Orleans metro, central LA). East Texas through Tyler / Longview / Lufkin and into the Houston metro reach. South Mississippi below the red line (601/769/228). NW LA, NE LA, north MS, south AL/AR opportunistically for bigger jobs.
How fast can you mobilize?
For procurement-grade operator windows, 24-hour mobilization is routine. For landowner work, typically the same week once the quote is signed. Storm activation: pre-staged for hurricane season every June through November.
Are you insured and prequalified?
$2M / $5M general liability, $10M umbrella, $1M auto, statutory workers' comp + $1M ELL. ISN / Avetta / Veriforce / PEC Premier active. MSA-ready. Typical COI turnaround is under 4 business hours during drilling windows.
Do you publish pricing?
No. Every job is bid based on acreage, terrain, target finish, access, and operator window. Quote conversations happen live — call or email and we'll walk it together.
