Tracked carriers at ~3 psi ground pressure work soils where dozers sink. High-line ROW and pipeline ROW — gathering lines, transmission corridors, side-trim, hazard tree removal. Mulching as the longer-term solution versus bush hogging. Cycle maintenance contracts welcome. Post-storm ROW restoration on call.
Build-ready pads. Compacted, drained.
Two markets, one operator. Residential: pads for homes, barns, shops, outbuildings — clear, strip, fill, compact, drain. Industrial / Oil & Gas: Haynesville drill pads, LNG corridor lay-down yards, compressor sites — turnkey from clear to compacted pad, SWPPP and erosion control, ISN / Avetta / PEC active.

New pond construction, existing pond cleanout and restoration, levee work around water, dredging of silted-in farm and stock ponds. Drainage design that actually holds. Coordination with parish and state regulators on permits when required.
